Uncompromising academic standards
An engaging, accelerated curriculum, small class groups and qualified teachers enable pupils to meet and exceed their academic potential.
Gifted Islamic Foundation Tahfeez School teaches two curricula side by side: Qur'an memorisation and Islamic education and a full, accelerated NERDC curriculum. Every child receives both, every day — not one and a lesser version of the other.
At GIFTS, Hifz is not treated as a single lesson. It is a complete rhythm of new memorisation, careful repetition, correction, revision and recitation, tracked through a daily Qur'an Diary and supported by prayer, character and community.
The programme is deliberately integrated. Alongside Hifzul Qur'an, Tajweed, Arabiyyah, Aqeedah and Fiqh al-Ibadah, pupils receive a full, accelerated NERDC curriculum in English Studies, Mathematics, Basic Science, Citizenship and Social Studies, Information Technology and more. This gives children a balanced academic foundation while they memorise the Qur'an.
Our vision is to build generations of balanced and academically excellent Muslims who love the Qur'an, memorise it, and implement it in their daily lives. Our mission is to develop an enriched learning community that promotes academic achievement, leadership, language and Islamic values.
“The best among you are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it.”Sahih al-Bukhari
Every pupil is known individually, in small class groups. Families receive regular progress information, a daily Qur'an Diary and clear communication when additional support is needed.
Qur'an memorisation and a full NERDC curriculum are supported by small class groups, modern facilities and a strong emphasis on character and spiritual growth.
An engaging, accelerated curriculum, small class groups and qualified teachers enable pupils to meet and exceed their academic potential.
Committed to a structured route to memorising the Qur'an, beginning in the Primary years, through a carefully sequenced, age-appropriate curriculum.
Our four-year Primary programme covers the full six-year NERDC curriculum, professionally compressed to avoid undue stress on the child.
CCTV cameras cover every corner of the school, alongside secure gated access and attentive supervision.
Interactive smart boards and printed pupils' notes free up class time from unproductive copying.
Structured pathways toward fluency in Arabic and English, with progressive exposure to Yoruba.
GIFTS is a day school, with gates open from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm to accommodate early drop-off, after school Madrasah and later collection. Pupils are expected to be collected no later than 4:30 pm.
