Is my child ready? — We welcome children from Creche through Primary.

No previous Qur'an memorisation experience is required. Admissions begins with the foundations the child already has, confirms appropriate placement and helps every family prepare for daily school life.

Age

GIFTS admits children from Creche through Primary Year 4. Admission into Primary Year 1 requires a child to have attained five and a half years by September of the intake year.

Qur'an foundation

No prior memorisation is required. Our Hifz curriculum is sequenced from the shortest Surahs, and teachers build the habit of memorisation from the ground up, regardless of a child's starting point.

Academic level

The latest school report, where applicable, helps admissions place pupils correctly. A friendly, age-appropriate interaction applies for Prep to Kindergarten; a placement assessment applies for Primary Year 1 to 4.

Family commitment

Parents are asked to engage promptly with school communication, support their child's daily Qur'an revision at home, and attend PTA meetings.

Health

An immunisation record and any relevant medical information are required, so the school can support your child appropriately.

Daily routine

GIFTS is a full day school, with gates open 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. The child should be ready for a structured school day, consistent attendance and daily Qur'an revision.

    Inquiry and school tour

    Reach out to our office to arrange a visit, meet our team, and see our classrooms in session.

    Application

    Complete registration online, or submit the GIFTS application form available at the school office.

    Age-appropriate assessment

    A friendly, age-appropriate interaction to understand your child's readiness (Prep to Kindergarten), or a placement assessment for Primary Year 1 to 4 applicants.

    Document submission

    Birth certificate, passport photographs, immunisation record, and previous school report where applicable.

  5. 5

    Offer and enrolment

    Upon a successful offer of admission, payment of registration and applicable fees secures your child's place.
